Preamble The tenets of this Local Government Reform proposal in the current Review of the Nigerian Constitution is that when it is adopted and fully operational, shall provide the legal architect that shall deepen and broaden democracy at the grassroots; usher in unprecedented government-people dual communications and partnership, strengthen civil society, empower the people, boost economic prosperity and above all, ensure that peace and progress manifest in all Nigerian communities- which are the foundations of stable policy and impetus to building of a great nation. |

NIGERIA CANDO OVERVIEW MISSION - To engage in socioeconomic transformations of Nigerians by firmly instituting grassroots democracy and providing leadership/educational resources in all Nigerian communities.
THE PURPOSE OF NIGERIA CANDO ORGANIZATION IS TO: - Support the ongoing Nigerian constitutional review that will guarantee the right of Nigerian communities to democratically elect their leaders;
- Provide democratic leadership resources throughout Nigeria to entrench democratic principles and ideals at the grassroots to enhance socioeconomic transformations of Nigerian communities;
- Provide educational resources to schoolchildren in the inner communities in Nigeria today, to groom their minds for great democratic leadership, tomorrow.
VISION - To be an organization that champions the dreams of Nigerian communities where grassroots democracy germinates and manifests in a people empowered to transform their lives; where freedom reigns; where choices of leadership are abundant, where rounded education is for everyone and high quality of life is guaranteed to all.
